As we head into winter, I’m pleased to welcome you to the latest edition of our customer newsletter.

It's full of lots of feel-good stories from across our neighbourhoods, updates from our service areas and tips and advice for keeping your home safe and comfortable over the winter months.

You’ll also find a wonderful feature from our Community Champion, Eva, who shares how she and other champions are making a real difference in their own neighbourhoods.

I’ve continued to visit our schemes across the country and have had the pleasure of meeting so many of you along the way. Last month, I spent time at Abbey Lodge in Nottingham - one of our largest Retirement Living schemes. It’s a scheme that I’d been involved with remodelling just over 10 years ago, so it was great to visit in person and see how the place has changed.

Alongside the celebrations and festive spirit, we’re remaining focused on delivering the services you expect from us. From repairs and anti-social behaviour (ASB) support to grounds maintenance and retrofit works - and everything in between. Our teams are always here for you, and you can check our seasonal arrangements for contacting us or reporting repairs here.

Winter can be a busy and joyful time, but we know it can also feel overwhelming for some. If you find yourself needing a little extra support - whether you’re experiencing money worries, concerns about safety at home or just need a helping hand – please reach out.
