Scrutiny Panel update
by Gareth Morgan, Scrutiny Panel chair
This year seems to be moving at the pace of a sprint!
Since our last update back in March, we’ve been really busy kicking off a review of anti-social behaviour, which focuses on expectations and what Stonewater are able to deliver. We’ll share the highlights of that review in our next update.
We’ve taken part a consultations on a new neighbourhood policy, please head over to The Hubb to share your thoughts on the draft policy, the deadline for comments is 28th June.
In May we met with Sue Shirt (Chief Customer Officer) and Board member Juliana Crowe (Chair of Customer Experience Challenge & Assurance Panel). We discussed where we are as a panel, how things are going for us and how Stonewater can support us to be the best we can be. It really does make a difference knowing how much Stonewater values the Scrutiny Panel.
Each year the Scrutiny Panel produce an annual report, this gives us an opportunity to reflect on the great things we’ve achieved during the previous twelve months. It also allows us to spotlight to Stonewater’s leadership team, the Board and most importantly you, our fellow customers, how the customer voice has influenced positive change. We’ll be sharing our report with you all soon.
We need you!
Do you have a keen eye for detail? Do you want to help other Stonewater customers while gaining new skills and experience? Then why not join us on the Scrutiny Panel?
Joining the Scrutiny Panel is the perfect way to make a difference. We’re an independent team of people who live in Stonewater homes across the country. The Panel work closely with Stonewater to review services and recommend ways to improve the way things are done.
