Customer Commitments
So that we can keep you up to date about how we’re doing in some of our key services, every three months we produce our Customer Commitments.
Below you’ll see our latest results for the past three months across customer services, repairs, complaints and anti-social behaviour, giving you a view of how we’re doing and why we’re seeing these results. What’s important, of course, is that not only are we supporting you when you have a complaint, but that we learn from what you’re telling us so that we can take steps to stop them from happening again.
