Did you know...

Fire doors not only prevent fire from spreading between homes, but also stop smoke and heat!

Flat entrance fire doors provide 30 to 60 minutes of protection, as long as they're well maintained and in good condition.

Help us to keep fire doors working properly:

  • Never tamper with the closing device.
  • Let us know before you change your door or its locks.
  • Don't install additional security gates, locks, chains or viewers to the door.
  • Never paint the door or attach anything to your fire door (like a cat flap or doorbell)
  • Report any repairs needed to us. If your door is damaged, doesn't self-close, or if you have concerns about its condition, contact us.
