Hello and welcome to our final edition of Here to Help for 2024.

We’ve seen a lot of changes this year, most notably a new Government, but through all of them, one thing has stayed the same – our promise to you, our customers.

As I reflect on the past 12 months, I’m really proud of how we’ve been able to support so many customers from different walks of life. Our annual review is absolutely packed full of great stories from up and down the country. Whether it’s the amazing work of our supported and retirement living teams, the exciting projects supported by our community grants, new digital platforms to make it easier to engage with us, training courses, apprenticeships or local events, we’ve been able to provide some brilliant opportunities for customers.

We’ve also been listening to what you’ve been telling us, using your feedback to shape and improve our services. This insight is incredibly valuable, so thank you and please keep it coming.

We’re also really appreciative of our volunteers. Our customer working groups, community champions, Scrutiny Panel and other involved customers have been working extremely hard to improve their communities for the benefit of others, and there’s something very special about that.

Looking forward, we’re committed to working with the new Government to deliver our vision of everyone having a place to call home. We recently celebrated the handover of our 7000th new-build home and are continuing to champion sustainability, affordability and inclusivity to help customers and local communities thrive.

In this issue, there’s lots of information about how we can support you in a wide range of ways. From simple things like reporting repairs through to complex issues like domestic abuse. I really hope that there’s something in here that’s of interest and remember, if you need us, we’re always Here to Help.
