Update on Mount Green
Mount Green joined the Stonewater Group in January 2024. Since then, residents' homes and services have continued to be managed under the Mount Green name.
Mount Green is currently considering a Transfer of Engagements to Stonewater. This is just a formal way of saying that (if the proposed transfer goes ahead) the Mount Green name will no longer be used, and residents will become Stonewater customers. Their homes and services will be managed directly by Stonewater through our teams.
If the proposal goes ahead, the planned date for the change is 30 September 2026.
We wanted to share this update with you, even though there will be no impact on Stonewater customers.
Your tenancy or lease, rent and service charges and the way you access services won’t change – we just wanted to keep you informed about changes within the organisation!
For Mount Green residents, a consultation is currently taking place so they can share their views with us. Their feedback will be considered before any final decision, and we will share updates once a decision is made.
