A new shelter for Manor Road Community Garden

We’re pleased to have funded a new shelter at Manor Road (Westcott) Community Garden to help make the space more comfortable and welcoming for local people!

The shelter was built and installed by the Maintenance Team at South Swindon Parish Council. It gives visitors and volunteers a covered place to sit and enjoy the garden in all weather, and is part of ongoing improvements to make the space more accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Community gardens like this are shared spaces where local people can relax, take part in gardening and enjoy being outdoors.
