Welcome to our summer edition of Here to Help.

For those of you who always read this intro, you’ll notice there’s been a change of CEO at Stonewater. I’m delighted to have been appointed to the role in June, following Nick Harris’s announcement of his intention to step down after more than 30 years' service in social housing.
Nick has certainly been an inspiration to me as I’ve been part of Stonewater since its creation, most recently as Chief Officer for Customer Experience and Growth. So, it’s a huge honour for me to take up the reins - I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve all built together over the years and excited about what comes next. if you’ve got a moment, you can watch a short video intro from me here.
I’m passionate about our social ethos; creating good-quality, affordable homes and delivering services that help our customers and communities thrive — that’s our purpose, and it’s what motivates me every day. One of the things I’m really looking forward to is getting out and about and hearing directly what matters most to you.
Our customers’ voice is central to shaping our services and there’s nothing more powerful than hearing your experiences and ideas.

I’m sure we’ll have many more great stories to share as Stonewater continues working towards its vision of ‘everyone having the opportunity to have a place that they can call home’. The need is greater than ever, and, as the UK’s 8th biggest social housing provider, I’m determined we'll play our part so that many more people and families can join our 93,000 customers, just like you.
