Our new website
Thanks to all of you who have taken the time to use our new website, Stonewater.org. We hope you’re finding it easier to find the information and services you need.
When we created the new site, we built it so we could learn more about how you like to use it. The more it gets used, the better our understanding of how useful it is for you and the more improvements we can make.
As it’s been three months now since the website went live, we thought you might be interested in the top three things we’ve learned so far. They are:
- More of you than ever are using the site – 69% more users have visited the website since launch, compared to the same three months, one year ago. And 68% of all visits are from mobile phones.
- The number of sessions has also increased, which suggests people are coming back to the site because they are finding it useful.
- We also measure engagement, which looks at how you interact with pages when you get there. We’re seeing more and more customers scrolling and clicking on our new site; more good news.
While it’s a positive start for the site, we are on a mission to keep improving based on the evidence and feedback we get from you, our customers.
If you’d like to tell us your impressions, get involved with future testing, or pass on suggestions about how we could improve, please contact customer.engagement@stonewater.org and pop “website” in the subject line.
