The easiest way to get the answers you need
In the summer of 2023 we launched our new ‘MyRequests’ feature on our MyHome customer portal.
The aim was to give you the ability to get quick answers to simple questions like:
- Can I redecorate my home?
- Can I install a log burning stove?
- Can I change my utility provider?
Through MyRequests, our portal can now process all your tenancy information immediately and provide you with the right answer on the spot rather than having to call us.
You can also see a full record of all the requests you’ve made in the past on your MyHome requests log.
Over 470 customers have been using the portal to log enquiries each month, with over 3,300 questions answered since we launched it last year.
The most popular requests have been about making changes to your house or garden – for example putting up shelves or installing a greenhouse. Over 70% of the requests have been ‘approved’, and if a request is ‘denied’ or further information is needed then you will get an explanation or an offer of further advice or support.
Coming soon: New estate services web portal
Following the success of our new MyRequests system, we’ve developed another online tool to help you tell us about your estate services such as cleaning and grounds maintenance.
This summer, a new, re-designed estate services web portal (accessible from our website and MyHome) will allow you to give us your feedback about your grounds maintenance or cleaning services and provide all the information we need right there and then.
The system will directly notify the contractors who provide services in your area and you’ll get updates on what we’re doing to make sure that any issues are fixed on time.
MyRewards is back and better than ever
Since we launched MyRewards, customers have told us that they’d love to earn points on their everyday spending. Perks offers a range of digital gift cards that are available to buy and with every transaction you make, you’ll earn points!
Ready for your weekly food shop? If you buy a £50 voucher for Aldi, Asda, Morrisons, Sainsburys or Tesco, you’ll get 19 points in your balance straight away.
