Your guide to customer engagement
Our engaged customers all join us for the same reason – because they want to make a difference.
We recently consulted all of our customers and asked you – how do you want to shape our services?
We used the results of that survey to put together our new Customer Engagement Guide. It gives you an overview of all the ways you can get involved in helping us improve.
Whether you want to fill out the occasional survey or join a panel and work with your fellow members to make detailed recommendations, we’ve got lots of different options. You can get involved at any time, so if you’re not able to commit right now, feel free to get in touch in the future.
Does it really make a difference?
