Customer Annual Review 2023-24
Our Customer Annual Review for 2023-24 has just been published, giving you a chance to see what we delivered in the last year, and the impact we’ve made in our communities.
With insight on areas such as repairs, customer services, complaints, anti-social behaviour, supported and retirement living, lettings, rent and more, there’s also a chance to take a closer look at some of the projects and stories from the year.
Scrutiny Panel Annual Report
As well as our Customer Annual Review, we’ve also just supported our Customer Scrutiny Panel to publish their annual report too.
Led by Scrutiny Chair Gareth Morgan, the Panel conducts thorough reviews of specific elements of our services, making recommendations on how to improve them.
Last year the group completed two high-quality reviews, (anti-social behaviour and rents and service charge communications) making recommendations on how we can improve.
