Community Days 2024

Listening to customer feedback and discussing improvement ideas is a priority for us here at Stonewater, especially after customers told us they’d like to see us actively engaging with them in their local community.

Acting on this feedback, we organised 10 community days across the country during the summer months. These events have allowed us to gather feedback, ideas and recommendations from customers that will really help to improve local neighbourhoods alongside the services we deliver there.

A huge ‘thank you’ goes to all the customers who’ve spoken to us so far, it’s been wonderful meeting you and hearing your thoughts!

Improvement ideas we’ve heard so far have included improving signage across schemes, installing noticeboards and adding solar lighting around car parks. All of these are fantastic suggestions, and we’ll be working to implement them.
