For our Customer Annual Review, we spoke to Sue Shirt, Chief Customer Officer at Stonewater, about the stigma that social housing customers from all over the country face every day.

As a subject very close to her heart, Sue told us a bit more about what we’re doing to help not only challenge these views, but also to make sure that all of our customers are treated with the respect they deserve, regardless of the type of home they live in.
