Pride
To celebrate PRIDE in 2023, we went along to two amazing festivals to show our support for the LGBTQ+ community.
Organised by our own LGBTQ+ staff networking group, Spectrum, members of the Stonewater team dressed up, danced, sang and celebrated everything about themselves that makes them unique.
Here's what happened when we went to Pride in Swindon and Birmingham.:
Swindon:
"Attending Pride is a display of support for the LGBTQ+ community. It tells our customers and our colleagues that we are an openly inclusive organisation that welcomes everybody. It also attracts more people within the LGBTQ+ community to apply for jobs at Stonewater, making us stronger as an organisation through our diversity and allowing LGBTQ+ customers to see themselves represented within our staff."
