How to tell us about your grounds maintenance and cleaning services
In our last issue of Here to Help, we told you about some big changes to our estate services including how we’re managing our contractors, some more information about what you can expect for your service charges.
As part of the changes, we’ve set up a dedicated form for customers to be able to tell us when something doesn’t seem quite right, or that you think we’ve missed something.
All you need to do is fill in a few details on the form and we’ll work with our partners to make sure it gets sorted out or that we tell you a bit more about it.
How do I know if there’s a problem?
If you think there’s something not quite right but you’re not sure, take a look at this photobook, which provides examples of what standards we’ve asked our contractors to meet.
We’ve also created this handy guide for customers so you know what services we provide for you and when we’ll come out to do things like grass cutting and cleaning.
