Where your money goes
Stonewater is a non-profit organisation, meaning that all the money we get from your rent and service charges is put back into building new homes to tackle the national housing crisis, and maintaining our existing homes, delivering the services we provide to you and paying our staff and contractors.

Awarded in Community Investment Grants
Funding awarded for community projects up to £5,000 and individuals up to £500 for people who aren't eligible for a Longleigh Foundation grant
Social return
The amount generated in social value for our communities using the Housing Associations' Charitable Trust methodology. For every £1 we invest, we generate £4.90 in social value
