More than half of all Stonewater customers are now enjoying the benefits of MyHome – the quickest and easiest way to manage your account with us, whenever you want and wherever you are.

In the past year, we’ve expanded existing features and added new ones to MyHome. You can now see your insurance documents and visit our My Neighbourhood pages for information about your outside spaces, bins, rubbish and our updated policy on pets. Customers in some areas can now book repair appointments online.

There’s also a new FAQ section to answer your queries about your neighbourhoods, fly-tipping and service charges, with links to a jargon-buster to help with any terms you may be unsure of.

Saving customers money on over 500 high street names

For thousands across the country, finances are tight right now and along with the work we’ve done to reach out to customers and offer support, we also launched MyRewards to help you save money on everyday items.

The easy-to-use site was created with feedback from customers who told us that real benefits to help with everyday living costs would help them most. Accessed via your MyHome account, you can use MyRewards to search for discounts on retail, grocery, electronics and more – to use online or in shops.

Since the launch, over 5,000 customers have signed up, saving more than £36,000 at places such as Asda, Dunelm, Argos, Tesco, and more.
